Flower Garden

As a visual artist, writing is more challenging than painting.
To make an excuse of not blogging for so long, that can be one of the many reasons beside being lazy...hahaha... Anyhow, to all artists, Let's have more happy creating viruses for year 2013~!!!

Awesome Painting

I had an opportunity to teach at the Lorton Arts Center.
Quilt artist / pediatrician was one of my student.
It was her first time making direct style paintings.
This gorgeous painting is one of hers.
And I was honor to receive this as her present. Thanks Karen~

Celebrate

Available at my Etsy
What do you celebrate?
People usually celebrate birthdays and holidays.
I was listening to a Christian radio station the other day and
one of the song really got my attention.
The song's message was that 'Life is a everyday gift' which I totally agree.
But how am I using that gift? Am I celebrating that precious gift well?
I really should try to celebrate everyday and to use the time without regrets,
which is not the easiest thing to do.
But at least I shall try.
Happy New Year Everyone~

Alice in Wonderland

There is a syndrome called 'Alice in Wonderland'.
The syndrome was named in honor of "Alice in Wonderland" author Lewis Carroll, who suffered from migraines. It's believed that much of Alice's experience came from Carroll's own migraine auras.
Most reports are about children experiencing AIWS symptoms, though many people experience it in later life. Many people say they had AIWS symptoms as a child, but 'grew out' of them around their teens.

Woman in the Garden

Beside the Bird theme, Woman is another theme I paint. Maybe is because I'm a woman.
There are many ways woman to be beautiful beside what the media shows of 'sexy/beautiful'.
My family went on a vacation last week and in the hotel lobby, three ladies were wearing bikinis.
My son and daughter saw that and they said "mommy..look embarrassing..no clothes".
